The US Senate and Congress are currently considering 2 pieces of legislation that are very important to the Rare Disease Community.  Your support will help remind your legislators that these items are important to their constituents - YOU.  Please download the letter linked below to mail or email to your Senators and Congress Member.  

1. Give Kids a Chance Act (S. 932 /H.R. 1262) – This act provides significant financial incentives for pharmaceutical companies to bring treatments for rare diseases to market at NO cost to the taxpayer.  Additional information HERE.   

2. Accelerating Kids Access to Care Act (S. 752 / H.R. 1509) - This legislation helps facilitate care for rare patients across state lines by expediting the process for doctors to enroll in the out-of-state patient’s state Medicare program.  Additional information HERE.
